At BENZ Packaging Solutions, we always aim to offer the best technology for your business and packaging needs. Our VCI Noxy, VCI Foam, VCI Chip, VCI Tablets, and VCI pill bags are the ultimate Anti Corrosion VCI Diffusers & Emitters released by BENZ Packaging Solutions. BENZ Packaging VCI Diffusers & Emitters are the most advanced system to protect any kind of metal goods from Oxidation and Corrosion. Appropriate for difficult-to-pack applications, VCI emitters work with large metal or partially metal items as well as those with uncommon dimensions. They are designed to be able to drop in or adhered inside of the walls of enclosures for targeted protection. Introducing the Anti Corrosion VCI Diffusers & Emitters in Technical Association with the world’s leading and oldest Anti Corrosion Technology Specialist – Propa group (Italy) that have been successfully used for many years to protect metallic items from corrosion & oxidation during transportation and storage. VCI 25 ® are VCI Emitter pouches designed to provide corrosion protection for metal components and parts enclosed in non-ventilated voids, cabinetry, or tool boxes. VCI 25 ® Emitters emit anti-corrosion vapors, which deposit an invisible molecular layer on metal surfaces to protect metal and electronic equipment during operation, shipping, or storage. VCI 25 ® emitters are small breathable pouches (come in foam also), through which the corrosion inhibitor is slowly released and moisture and air pollutants that enter the packaging are absorbed. It provides long-term protection against corrosion even in the presence of moisture. The VCI contained in VCI 25 ® sublimates to form a thin layer on the surface to be protected which is able to neutralize corrosive agents such as water vapor, oxygen, saline atmosphere, sulfurous gases, and the most common industrial environmental pollutants present in the air. Available in custom sizes.

BENZ Honeycomb Paper is a die-cut kraft paper wrap that self-expands into a hexagonal honeycomb cell structure when stretched, providing superior cushioning protection for fragile, heavy, and high-value products during transit and storage. Manufactured by BENZ Packaging Solutions Pvt Ltd — India's trusted protective packaging partner with 40+ years of industry experience — this 100% paper-based material replaces plastic bubble wrap, EPS foam peanuts, and PE air pillows with a fully recyclable and biodegradable alternative. How Honeycomb Paper Works: Each sheet of BENZ Honeycomb Paper consists of multiple layers of kraft paper bonded at alternating points. When pulled apart, the paper expands into a continuous three-dimensional honeycomb lattice. Every hexagonal cell acts as a miniature shock absorber — compressing progressively under impact to absorb 65-75% of kinetic energy through controlled structural deformation. This is the same hexagonal geometry used in aerospace fuselage panels and Formula 1 crash structures. Key Specifications: - Paper Weight: 70-80 GSM virgin or recycled kraft - Expanded Cell Size: 8-12mm hexagonal diameter - Cushioning Depth: 3-8mm per layer (stackable for more protection) - Impact Absorption: 65-75% of kinetic energy (ISTA 3A tested) - Temperature Stability: -40°C to +80°C - Material: 100% cellulose fiber — zero plastic content - Recyclability: Fully curbside recyclable in standard paper waste streams - Biodegradation: Decomposes in 2-6 months in commercial composting - Certifications: FSC-certified kraft, ISO 9001 quality management Applications and Industries: BENZ Honeycomb Paper is engineered for wrapping products where surface protection and cushioning are both critical. Primary applications include: - E-Commerce: Wrapping glass bottles, ceramics, cosmetics, electronics, and jewelry for last-mile delivery - Automotive: Protecting painted surfaces, chrome parts, and precision machined components during inter-plant transit - Electronics: Non-abrasive wrapping for screens, PCBs, appliances, and assembled units - Furniture: Surface protection for polished wood, marble tops, and glass panels - FMCG and Retail: Gift wrapping and premium product presentation with natural kraft aesthetic - Pharmaceutical: Clean, dust-free wrapping for medical devices and lab instruments - Solar and Wind Energy: Interleaving between glass panels during transport Why Replace Bubble Wrap with BENZ Honeycomb Paper? Traditional plastic bubble wrap takes 500+ years to decompose, cannot be recycled in standard curbside bins, and attracts EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) compliance fees under India's CPCB plastic waste regulations. BENZ Honeycomb Paper is 100% EPR-exempt, curbside recyclable, compostable in 2-6 months, and delivers comparable cushioning performance for the vast majority of e-commerce and industrial applications. Brands switching to honeycomb paper report 3.2x higher social media unboxing engagement and measurable improvements in brand perception scores. Available Formats: - Rolls: 250mm, 300mm, 380mm, 500mm widths — standard and custom lengths - Sheets: Pre-cut sheets for packing stations - Dispenser Boxes: Countertop dispensers for quick deployment at packing tables - Custom Sizes: Engineered to your exact product dimensions BENZ Packaging supplies honeycomb paper across India from our ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facility in IMT Manesar, Gurugram. Anti-Corrosion

BENZ VCI Paper is a premium anti-corrosion wrapping paper manufactured by impregnating 100% virgin kraft paper with Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) compounds using proprietary BENZPACK® VCI Technology. The moment BENZ VCI Paper is sealed around a metal component, it releases invisible VCI molecules that travel through the enclosed air and deposit a self-healing, mono-molecular protective shield on every exposed metal surface — including deep cavities, threaded holes, and recessed areas that oils and greases cannot reach. This shield blocks moisture, oxygen, and chlorides from initiating the electrochemical corrosion reaction, providing clean, dry, residue-free rust protection for up to 5 years without direct contact. Supplied by BENZ Packaging Solutions Pvt Ltd — India's leading VCI paper manufacturer with 45+ years of corrosion prevention expertise serving Toyota, Bosch, Schaeffler, Mahindra, Honeywell, and 500+ industrial clients globally. What is VCI Paper? VCI Paper is an anti-corrosion packaging paper engineered to protect ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces from rust, oxidation, and tarnish during storage and transit. Unlike traditional rust preventive oils that require messy application and costly degreasing before use, VCI paper provides completely dry corrosion protection — parts wrapped in VCI paper can go directly from packaging to the assembly line or into service with zero cleaning. VCI stands for Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor, referring to the chemical compounds infused into the paper that vaporize at room temperature to create an invisible protective atmosphere inside any sealed enclosure. How BENZ VCI Paper Works: BENZ VCI Paper protects metals through a three-stage electrochemical process. Stage 1 — Vaporization: VCI compounds embedded in the kraft paper sublimate and saturate the enclosed atmosphere within 1–2 hours of sealing. Stage 2 — Adsorption: VCI molecules travel to every exposed metal surface throughout the entire enclosed volume and bond to form an invisible protective layer just 1–2 molecules thick. Stage 3 — Corrosion Circuit Disruption: This molecular shield repels water and breaks the electrochemical reaction that drives rust. When the part is unwrapped, the VCI layer dissipates harmlessly within minutes, leaving the metal clean, dry, and ready for immediate use. Types of BENZ VCI Paper: BENZ Packaging offers 4 specialized VCI paper types to match every industrial requirement: 1. VCI Plain Paper (BP-101): Standard VCI-impregnated kraft paper for general wrapping, interleaving, and box lining. 50–80 GSM. Most cost-effective for high-volume applications. 2. Poly Coated Laminated VCI Paper (BP-200): Dual-layer VCI kraft with polyethylene laminate for additional moisture, oil, and grease barrier. 80–120 GSM. Ideal for oily machined parts and ocean freight. 3. VCI Crepe Paper (BP-300): Textured crepe kraft with VCI impregnation offering exceptional conformability and stretch for wrapping irregular, complex-shaped components like engine blocks and transmission housings. 130–150 GSM. 4. VCI HD Reinforced Paper (BP-400): Heavy-duty VCI paper with embedded reinforcement fibers for maximum tear and puncture resistance. 100–162 GSM. Designed for defense, military-spec (MIL-PRF-3420H), and heavy engineering applications requiring multi-year storage. Metal Compatibility: Available in Ferrous (iron, steel, cast iron, stainless steel), Non-Ferrous (aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, zinc, tin, chrome, silver), and Multi-Metal formulations that protect mixed-metal assemblies simultaneously without galvanic interference.
