BENZ VCI Paper is a premium anti-corrosion wrapping paper manufactured by impregnating 100% virgin kraft paper with Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) compounds using proprietary BENZPACK® VCI Technology. The moment BENZ VCI Paper is sealed around a metal component, it releases invisible VCI molecules that travel through the enclosed air and deposit a self-healing, mono-molecular protective shield on every exposed metal surface — including deep cavities, threaded holes, and recessed areas that oils and greases cannot reach. This shield blocks moisture, oxygen, and chlorides from initiating the electrochemical corrosion reaction, providing clean, dry, residue-free rust protection for up to 5 years without direct contact. What is VCI Paper? VCI Paper is an anti-corrosion packaging paper engineered to protect ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces from rust, oxidation, and tarnish during storage and transit. Unlike traditional rust preventive oils that require messy application and costly degreasing before use, VCI paper provides completely dry corrosion protection — parts wrapped in VCI paper can go directly from packaging to the assembly line or into service with zero cleaning.
